I like your service and pricing BUT I have good advice for your future customers. Always ask about a price. I towed my car twice around a month apart and I was charged different prices (for the same car, same day of the week, similar distance to repair shop etc.). I sent a message to clarify cost, they have never respond. Expect longer waiting time than they will tell you. They told me I will be waiting 15 min (twice), real arrive time - an hour. I don't mind to wait, I understand traffic etc. Please tell your customer approximately/real waiting time, so they can find a shelter, especially in winter time. Besides, I don't have complains, a tow-truck driver was polite and professional. Would recommend!

Needed a jump start. Truck was quick, driver was great, had me going in less then 5 min.
It was a snowy cold day, and the driver I was with forgot her key inside her car! We decided to call this towing company and they arrived in 20 minutes. Good arrival time and fast service. Not a lot of questions either, Haha! Great company my God bless them and their work.
