Absolutely LOVE this location and store! It specializes in mobile and carrier services which is always a nightmare to try and deal with when the time comes for an upgrade or plan change. I was greeted by super friendly staff that were extremely helpful, patient and all around nice people. I had a broken phone and had no idea what I was going to do! I went to my carrier and the cost was insane, feeling sad knowing I was about to break my bank account I checked out this mobile location and they made my plan cheaper with more data and a gift card to help my “buy out” fee for my broken phone! I can’t talk enough about how awesome the staff and services were at this store! I’m dropped by ever since when I’ve needed phone help or just cases and cables and every single time I have the best service which can be hard to find with people who are in retail. Thank you guys again so much for all the help and great service!!
Great place to shop ! If you ever need anything phone related , they are the one place to go too !
Ridiculous wait times, only 1 staff member was attending to people while the other was clearly idle.

Bought two 65 inch TVs there and had an issue with one of them. Returned it no problem. The staff were helpful and polite. As retail goes they definitely have a better handle on things then other retail stores. Thanks Best Buy!

What a money making slimy business. I am not some socialist anti capitalist guy neither. What I do believe in is value for cost. Avoid best buy and support smaller local business and you wont get burned like me and likely many others.
