Amazing customer service, went in a few weeks ago to patch a few screw holes in our walls. My apartment gave me the wrong paint code, we went back expecting to just buy another quart of paint, the staff made us a new batch free of of charge even though it wasn't their mistake. I would definitely recommend Benjamin Moore to my friends/ family. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable!
Super helpful! We asked for a specific colour and she knew exactly where the colour chip was, and helped us choose which line of paint we should go with. She didn’t try to up sell us on the higher priced brand, which was refreshing.
I will never re visit this location as it was horrible customer service. I went in looking fir paint not one person greeted me and infact one associate lady walked by me no hello hi can we help you ????? I waited to see if thy would come back and nope no one did so i asked and thy said at th back whete u where standing is our mistints
