I called these guys looking for a concrete saw to rent to cut open a basement window. They told me, quite frankly, that they didn’t carry those. Meanwhile I’m literally looking at a picture of a concrete saw on their website. If you google concrete saw rental, Battlefield is the first ad to pop up, every time. They also “had absolutely no idea” where I could go to find one. Two stars because they at least answered the phone after just one ring.

I called late last week looking for advice on equipment we needed and all I can is wow!!! I got a young women on the phone who had no idea what she was talking about!! She seemed confused and had zero knowledge of the equipment they rent!!! This was an awful customer service experience...let's just say I rented elsewhere!!
