Very disappointed... I feel like I was hustled. I rent cars all the time and know how things generally work. I rented twice from this place first time the amount due was 143.97 yet the charged me 146.52. I only noticed this few weeks later (check photos) The second time I rented the car, was when I was returning the first car that was due back at 12PM and I was supposed to pick up the other car at the same time. I showed up early and returned the the first and pick the other one at 11:15am. I was supposed to bring back the car a week from then at 12. I came back at 12:05 they charged me about 50 extra because I came more than 29 mins late which is their grace period. They said I was supposed to bring it back at 11:15 yet no one told me that and the lady who was there did not do anything to waive those extra fees. She asked me to call the manager when he is back after the weekend who told me he cannot do anything because it has been more than 24 hrs since I booked. I had to call budget who were also “understanding” but only agreed to waive 50% of the extra charge. Also, they did not add my aeroplan number despite me providing it to the . I had to manually do it after that. I do not recommend this place at all
Do yourself a favour and rent from any other car rental company , rented a car from Avis car rental 9 months ago , service sucked right from the beginning , paid with my Visa card , 9 months later they send a letter saying it wasn’t paid for , I have a receipt saying it’s paid as I paid at the till before leaving & they handed me my receipt . Nobody let’s you leave without paying!! Almost a year later send a letter & a collections letter ! I go back and look at my statement & they didn’t pull the money off the Visa card or try to until 7 days later , how would I even know that , when you pay at a till and they hand u a receipt I’m going to assumed it’s paid for!! So if you want to have a collection letter 9 months later after they swipe you’re card and tell you you’ve paid , rent from these guys ! It was there mistake and zero apology , Infact the customer service agent was yelling and extremely unprofessional! NEVER will you get my service again!
The Staff does not explain well why they charge me extra 20 per day for insurance since my credit card already car rental when i pay with the card. Event enterprise don't do that base on my experience. and just because they don't have patience to listen to the customer they me ROOD!!!!! What kind of customer is that??? At lease enterprise have patience and good customer service.
Staff is good but prices were higher...
