Great customer service by Naju and Shan at Access storage on 3435 White Oak Rd in London, Ontario. They were very helpful in accommodating my needs and helping me with my storage issues. 5 Stars all the way!

It was easy to get set up ahead of schedule. They were very good at confirming everything before moving everything in. The day of the move we had an issue with door not closing. They came over right away and fixed the issue on the door.
Good so far, very secure. Friendly staff. Found some spots are really tight to get in for longer trailers. Otherwise a decent facility.
Nice facility but I signed up for a promotional rate online and then was over charged. When I inquired about it I was told that promotional rate was incorrect but we had already moved into the unit. Extremely frustrating experience. I won't be back but if you do go there be wary.
We just got our unit here and could not be happier. They are really friendly Naju and Maritza both helped us and made sure they found us the perfect unit we needed. We will definitely recommend Access Storage to anyone looking for Storage whether short term or long term. Thanks Ladies!
