I am very pleased with service from Access Storage. They have always worked with me during my whole 3 years as a tenant. Heather is a keeper as far as Office Manager and Rental Agent. I have highly recommended this Access Storage to anyone who asks me.
During the covid pandemic I needed to move quicker then expected and was in limbo living at my parents for a while. Access was so quick and helpful to get a reasonable storage unit to me and when I was finished with it cancelling was even easier. They answered all my questions and had me set up within an hour with a contactless rental and 3 months later when I went back to get my stuff it was all exactly the way I left it. 10/10 would recommend this experience to anyone!
