We went into accents to look for a sectional sofa for our unique shaped living room, and found what we were looking for and more! Our goal was to support a local business, and Canadian made furniture and accents had a showroom that did just that! We worked with Deb who has over 30 years of interior design experience, she walked us through all the options we had, drew up a few different plans, and even came to our home to do measurements for a 3D rendering. From start to finish, the customer service of the whole team was amazing. It will be a few weeks until our furniture comes in, but we can’t wait until it does! Thanks Accents team!

Yael and the sales team at Accents provide exceptional service. Furniture is a long-term investment - and Yael provided me with a range of high-quality options that met the criteria I needed in a couch (the list of criteria was long). She answered questions, provided prompt follow-up through text (my preference) and really went above and beyond. I ended up with a couch and accent chair that I love and I can’t wait for them to be delivered. I can say the same about service from other team members at the store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful without being overbearing or putting undue pressure on customers. What’s more, the team honoured a promotion for me that had expired without the slightest concern - and I really appreciate that gesture. I would recommend Accents to anyone and I will certainly be going back for any furniture needs I have in the future.
