I had a package from Purolator, they said they were here at 1:38 on the given day. I was told by Purolator that your package will be there on that day. Then I found out from Purolator that the package was given to All Canadian Courier. I gave them a call late in the day, they said it's back at the Purolator office. They were nice enough to send one of there drivers to retrieve it and you will have it within the hour. Sure enough, in an hour, it's at my door. It was a medical package that was needed! Thank you
