Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I came here more often before my little man passed away though. Got him the good food and treats as often as I could afford it. The one cat litter is amazing! Odor Buster (I think?) I really recommend it! Excellent shop!

The only real reason I shop here is because I want to support local businesses and it's a very convenient location. Although if my choice to shop here was only based on customer service, I would not. I will get a \hello\ out of the employees but that is it. I have never been asked if I need help with anything, even when I clearly look like I need help. I've asked for opinions too on products and got a why are you asking me this? kind of attitude.
Knowledgeable staff. They help out on the phone and in person. They know their stuff!
