Courteous, professional, respectful, & knowledgeable...this was my first view of Ryan when dealing with him via text, email, phone & in person. Our hot water tank sprang a leak. He explained things clearly, was patient & engaging. He replied to every query & question & was humble & kind. I would more than highly recommend Ryan - he was outstanding! Thank you Ryan!!!
We had a problem at our workplace with regards to backflow preventer. Ryan promised us a specific time and showed up on time. Really professional and communicated well to deal with the problem. Would recommend to anyone requiring any plumbing or heating repairs.
