I really like the convenience of doing everything online. I didn’t even have to go to the bank to receive the money. They were deposited automatically after I got approved. CSRs are friendly and not pushy. Whatever questions I had - all cleared. My loan is almost paid off. They told me I am eligible to apply for a reloan program as I am a long-term customer.

Good service. Overall quality is 4.5 out of 5. There were a couple of problems when filling out online application but a girl with the name Jass helped me finish. I took 3000 for 24 months. Biweekly payments are small and comfortable to pay. When you login to online portal you can see the outstanding balance and your payments. That is a bog bonus for me because it helps me to control my loan. I also know that if I pay on time my credit score will become bigger. Being new to Canada I think it is very very important. And also they told me if I pay on time I can take more money in future like after 5 or 6 months.

Their pre-approval doesn’t mean anything. They do hard credit checks and aren’t that helpful when it comes to the application process. Not worth your time and effort. Stay away!

They made mistakes applying my payments And wont fix it. They wont give me my statement of account either...Thats Illigal. Ive never missed a payment and they wont correct the account. Like 29.99 % loan shark interest isnt enough for them..they have to steal and extra payment or two.
