Well, before I moved I was told that this is the best modular trailer park in Lloydminster. After 2, years from living there it was actually pleasant. Yes there are bad issues, but that’s anywhere know Of days. Since Eric - the manager - came in and started the change there it was way better . I could call if I had a issue and he DELT with it, with the most honestly and respect! This man honesty cares about the park. As it’s peoples home at the end of day. If I had issue with the snow removal, he was always on it, people speeding crazy , I would report to office , he would go OUT of the office and deal with it! This man really has made Cove communities to become the best in Lloydminster. And honestly I could go on but living there was wonderful. This man Eric needs to be promoted! ! This man has been here after hours I’m sure not on pay either to help out! This trailer park is a five star!
