Staff members need to be more prompt with getting customers in and out of the store. This is how you sell more product and gain customer service.
extremely slow customer service. only allowing 1 person in the store at a time while i Counted atleast 3 employees sitting around talking. line up of 6 people and they are averaging one customer every 30 minutes while the rest of the customers sit outside and freeze. very poor management on their end
