I've placed 3 orders with this company and the first two no problem my last order no one knows what happened to it. I was supposed to get it by tomorrow as it has items I needed for a party this weekend. customer service by telephone is ridiculous the girl answered hello I wasn't even sure I was at the right place. I tried to get some answers on chat and the agent left me hanging in a conversation... Good thing I screenshot the conversation with her name. Never had this kind of experience.
