I dropped off my giant bike for repair and if taken over two and a half months just to receive the part. Extremely slow service without even fixing what I wanted fixed would not recommend taking anything there to be fixed or repaired... Update: I recently received my bike back and was properly fixed. No complaints on the labor and repair.

Our family has purchased bikes, boats, packs and other gear here and always receive great advice and excellent service. We have also completed several clinics, attended paddling events and enjoyed the challenge of two multi-day custom tours with their highly knowledgeable guide. We'll be back!

Worst experience ever. Called ahead to book in and pre paid over the phone. Arrived and was shocked when they didn't have a roof rack or any way to get the canoe to the water. This is why we paid in advance. The woman working told us \that sucks\ when we told her.... Lol I guess this place is a joke.

Came into the shop at lunchtime to have my bike brakes checked/get new brake pads, only to be told that there was no one in to do this for the next two days. Very disappointing. First bad experience on my 4 week Maritime cycling trip.
