Very disappointed. When Someone has Manic depression and anxiety and is turned away with no help by lazy worker that doesn't care about actually helping people. You wonder why people end up committing suicide or in harms way. These people when coming in an hour before closing time after leaving work early for help turned me away, then when my friend asked \well what can she do then...?\ they said call a hotline... I picked up a flyer for a group and she said to me that that group is closed now and that before one can even get in to a group they need to be accepted via examination.... I am sickened and angered that someones health has to wait ... I needed you NOW not days or a week from now after you decide I'm worthy of help. Needless to say I have to find help in a place that cares... A man about to jump needs help that moment... not after hes jumped... Listowel Mental health services should be ashamed to call themselves a service.
