I’m so glad to have found Link-Pipe when I did - my company was in desperate need for equipment for trenchless sewer line replacement ASAP and in a specific amount. No one could deliver except Link-Pipe! In the end, they saved us a lot of time and money, and their products work great!

I am not sure I am allowed to write a review, as I am technically not an actual client of Link Pipe, but I had such a great experience with their reps I wanted to give credit where it was due. They had been working on the sewers in my neighborhood with the city workers, and while the city workers ignored my questions and worries, one of your Link Pipe representatives took the time to explain what they were doing (no dig sewer repair) and provide me with a detailed explanation on how long it would take and what would be affected for the duration of the repair work. I definitely appreciated the time they took, and I hope that your company gets recognized for it!

Trenchless sewer repair, as they call it must be the coolest method of dealing with broken sewages. I woke up to a stinky environment last week when my sewer had burst and everything was getting out of control. When I called Link Pipe, the idea I had was that they would have everything exhumed and fresh pipes replaced. To my surprise, everything was repaired just on the spot: no interruption of my topographies, walkways, grass, etc. The link pipe staffs are doing a noble job by cleaning out all the drama that follows when a pipe bursts. They have some accurate machines that help them figure out specific areas of weakness on your pipe and then do repairs without causing a mess. To make things even better, they can work on a live sewer working condition as they did at my place. To me, repairing sewers has never been as easy as Link Pipe have made it. I remember they gave me some options to choose from, depending on my budget. Whenever they asked, I said, “Just put work with the best”. It seems that I have the best sleeves, replacement pipes and everything but my budget is still super low. Do you people even make profit or is it that I’m used to being exploited? Thank you for sorting me out.
