Lindt at the Eaton Centre is awesome!! The staff are friendly and helpful, and they make personalized chocolates!!!! Nadia, a senior chocolatier, made personalized chocolates for all my wedding guests (to be given out as wedding favours). Her work was beautiful, she was so communicative and on top of things, and everyone lovedddd their chocolates!!!!!!! I 1000% recommend visiting the store if you what chocolate for eating or gifting :D

Great variety of chocolate! Chocolate tastes decadent and luxurious without having to break the bank. Always great quality and staff are very kind! The drink from the bar fell a bit flat as it wasn't as flavorful as I thought it would be.

The new manager is amazing. If you have a chance, get to know him. He knows all the good deals. Super friendly and funny. The store is super clean. Always has deals of some sort.

Will never leave eaton centre without the medium dark drink and the ice cream is just divine!! So good if you are a fan of dark chocolate! I only wish the size of the ice cream is as much as the picture shown in store cos it’s a lot less once received.

Extremely rude staff. I went to this store today, used sanitizer that was placed at the entrance, and got inside. Suddenly the guy who worked there, ran and screamed: “you have to use sanitizer”, but I just did. No bags around, just one box. So I took it, and he again With mentor tone, without asking what I was looking for: “it’s only for 150 truffles”. Yes I know, and this was only one available around. So, I put it back, waiting may be he will offer something. No. He was just standing doing nothing. I’ve been waiting for several minutes - zero attention. No customers around. Seems I disturbed his quiet life in the store.

Love this place, came in to buy a few, but then...bought over 100, that escalated very quickly. The staff were personable, professional and very kind. I have a neck brace on from a recent injury and purchased the chocolates as a thank you for the nurses at a nearby hospital, and the staff here were so kind, they were very helpful with everything, even offering to help me pick up the chocolates as I couldn't look down. Thank you so much Zoran, Katherine and Jane.
