I would give zero stars but that isn’t an option. Placed a pickup order to be picked up at the store today. Hours of operations say 11 am to 6 pm. It’s also listed in the confirmation email I called to confirm this morning and told them I would be there by 5:30. They told me where to park and call the store number. Called and called several time with no answer. Went inside the mall to see what is going on the store was closed and the lights were off. The phone was ringing continuously as everyone was coming to pick up after work there was another individual standing outside the store also trying to get his order. I needed it for my pick up time.I checked the email and called the store cell and well and sent a text. Called back several times with no response. Worse service ever for a prestigious chocolate brand no sign on the door even if they had to close earlier it’s just a common courtesy or common sense if you ask me to put up a sign. Will not shop here again would like a refund. I will be reaching out to the store manager.

The associates hand you a sample chocolate as soon as you walk in! The customer service is excellent and very helpful. I love Lindt chocolate and the variety is great!

Not the person to leave a bad review but I couldn’t help but be extremely disappointed by the customer service. The staff was exceptionally rude to my dad when he asked to try for a sample. He was refused RUDELY when he was also willing to pay for it. The lady working argued for 10 minutes, still said no and walked away whilst my dad apologized for asking. All he wanted was to try a holiday flavour, we were willing to buy a whole bulk but walked away with nothing.
