I meet my mom in this plaza often and every time we shop at this store. My mom loves the clearance shelf which always has amazing deals, she uses items as gifts and the store has amazing customer service, they have always given her extra packaging (like the clear bags/brown bags) to be able to repackage items at home. We always get drinks and it’s nice that they have put a few small tables outside for their customers. Covid protocols are great, I took one star off as they seem busy, quite a few customers in the store, only saw 2 employees and one was off the floor for a bit and so our drinks took awhile to be made but worth the wait.

Always a great selection and prices. But the star was their delicious ice cream. I have used Lindt couverture chocolate for my confections, mousses and cakes and they always taste great. This ice-cream is a chocolate symphony in the mouth: smooth, velvety, rich, just amazing.

Exceptional customer service. At first was apprehensive of buying the ice cream, prove at 6.50. but since my daughter insisted I got it. Worth every penny. So smooth and decadent. Will be back soon to try the chocolate drink. Lindt, you have added another loyal customer to your list. Give it a try and you won't regret!

Not handling well online orders. Curbside pickup is a disaster. Customer service in-store is Zero. You don’t get an email confirmation when you order is ready. I hope Lindt improves their online services and curbside pickup.

We enjoyed the new ice cream Lindt is offering. It was delicious and perfect for this hot weather. The staff were attentive and safety protocols are in place.
