The experience was so great!!! The Manager was super helpful. My husband tried to order curbside pickup on my daughter's birthday but their system shows that they Don't offer curbside pickup option at this particular location. But still manager (Jacky) tried her best to help us placing order over the phone and hold our stuff for next day pickup. Chocolates were packed in very well mannered way!! Will definitely go to this location next time!! "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" this location. JACKY is the best.

Cozy store to stop by, usually be my first stop at crossiron. Grab couple chocolate for a better shopping trip! Great collections, knowledgeable staff and super helpful. Highly recommend.

The yummiest place to be when craving chocolate!!! A great selection of all different kinds of chocolates from plain dark chocolate to all fancy fun filled milk chocolates that come on all sizes (small bite sized to huge share size bars) they also have amazing deals,, u can’t visit their store and not get away without buying from them!!! Not to mention that almost every time u walk in there u get welcomed with a free sample of deliciously smooth creamy chocolate Their yoghurt raspberry filled milk chocolate is a MUST TRY!!!!

Unprofessional and lacks respect for customers. We came to grab their 100 for 30 (quick grab and go), it was busy with COVID restrictions with 3 people working. We waited a while before they allowed us in the store, which was okay. One of the workers was restocking though the bins were 80% full, she kept dropping a few Lindors on the ground and putting it in the bin. So we waited again until someone could assist us, as they didnt allow anyone to touch (understandable). Another couple was doing the 100 too, so after they were done, the same person (older lady) was reluntant to help us, but both associates were busy. She wasnt very clear on how we should stand, as they wanted to social distance and wasnt friendly when I was going the wrong direction. At one point, I felt I kicked something and looked down, there was a Lindor on the ground from when the associate was restocking. I told the older lady this and she just put it on the counter above the bins, so I was worried she was gonna put it back in the bin. The whole time with her we did not feel comfortable shopping at all, so we checked out. I would not recommend this location, I prefer driving further to the other locations. Otherwise, Lindt chocolates are amazing and worth waiting in line for (not for bad service though).

Excellent service and hospitality! Managing a business during a pandemic takes a lot of patience and skill, especially for a company that sells product numerous people are touching everyday. Ensuring the protocols are followed and respected is not an easy task. The team at Crossiron does it well!

Oh my....truffles, how can anyone dislike those shiny colourfull balls of decadent sweet sweet goodness?..My tatsebuds have become unable to ever accept less quality chocolate now...service is the most professional and they seem to know what each person might like at a glance...very helpfull and dilligent staff. Beautifully layed out floor plan that makes me feel like I am shopping for gemstones in a diamont store in Switzerland....prices on 100 chocholates are rediculously low this season ....wow what a selection too thanks to the manager for the sample ..the absolutely perfect gift for anyone with their own tastebuds.
