Due to COVID Lindt has changed their in store shopping experience by limiting the amount of customers in the store to 3 and selecting your items for you. Although at first I wasn't sure if I would like that, the customer service was great! The friendliness of the rep who served me removed all trepidations I had about not being able to select my products on my own. I appreciate that they go the extra mile to ensure their customers are taken care of despite of the physical distancing

Helpful and friendly staff. They were fun to talk to and helpful in finding things to try and offering their thoughts and opinions on the chocolate we were looking at. Lots of flavours for the truffle balls available at this location, it can be a trap, and you end up leaving with more than you came in for. I walked in looking at flavours with no intention to make a purchase, but we got a bag of truffle balls.

Lovely as always. Got 3 bags of their 100 piece mixed chocolates. 100 pieces for 30 is a steal for chocolates of that quality.

We went in to take advantage of the truffle sale. I was disappointed that they didn't have dark chocolate mint flavour, but we still managed to fill the bag with many other delicious flavors:). The store is bright and well stocked. They were obviously very busy and the sales clerk still had a genuine smile. Like she was thriving with how busy it was. The clerk served everyone efficiently so the line moved very quickly. I love the truffles we bought and I'm grateful for the sale they have at this time of year. It is becoming a happy tradition.
