Run down looking. Not friendly reception at all. Large, fairly private lots. Well shaded. Still pretty close to your neighbours but with some trees separating lots.

Been in the park for 30 years. It was wonderful when the Van Gerven family owned it, but sold in 2007 to Linwood Management. The park has deteriorated substantially. Management has no social skills and treat their residents like 3rd class citizens. Our kids grew up here and have many wonderful memories, but current management are difficult, condescending, and down right rude. I would not recommend buying a trailer anywhere that is owned/managed by Linwood Parks. They make decisions depending on their mood and care only about profit. I miss the days when it felt safe and enjoyable to come to the trailer. For anyone considering buying...Please note, that it has to be less than 20 years old. After 20 years,. regardless of how well kept it is, you will not be able to sell in the park...SO BUYER BEWARE!!! There are still great people in the park, but management is deplorable and needs a course in customer service skills!! For anyone who thinks i am upset, you would be correct. Please see my trailer below...It has been on the website since 2008, promoting the park. Has not change until we were told to get it out (if we didn't want to stay), as Kari would not let us sell...due to age she said. It is in better/excellent condition than many trailers in the park. She never even looked inside... If you buy any trailers in parks owned by Lindwood parks, Kari Arnott's rules change with the wind...so BEWARE. it will cost thousands to get your trailer out, as they do not provide this service.

Was in this park for 3 years to many problems with management The rules are different for different people when i gave notice to leave I was told I had to remove a metal shed that had been in the park for more then 20 years or I would not get my refund this is completely bullying I did call my lawyer and was advised they had not put it in writing that I was going to be responsible and to leave it there any issues getting my refund would have caused a court case They finally decided I did not have to remove it Would I recommend this park Abosulouty Not More problems then anything price is ridiculous keeps going up but not much to offer Moved to a beautiful family owned park with a beach and lots more to offer under 1500 less per season. Just check it out before you decide to put your trailer there to be sure happy

Beautiful park, really large lots. Lots of activities for the entire family. Looking forward to our summer there next year!

Buyer beware. We have never dealt with worse management than Linwood Parks. Been in the park for 30 years, and never had an issue, until I had to deal with Kari Arnott. There is no respect and no customers service skills...and she just doesn't care. For all giving the park a 5* rating, it will likely change when you have any significant issues to deal with in the future. Miss the time, when PLTP felt like a big family...but like everything else, corporations are taking over our small family businesses and running them into the ground.
