Very helpful, my sons fishing reel needed a piece a couple days ago and the guy in the store sourced out what was needed to fix it.
drove all the way from ajax and the place was not opened after we drove 2 hours. They were supposed to close at 5 and its only 4pm.
Stopped in to buy minnows and to browse. The clerk had zero personality. Not in the least bit friendly. May have spent more time and money if he was helpful or friendly. Bought minnows regardless and they were 50% dead within the hour by time we reached the cottage. Took them immediately to the bait pail on our arrival. This dude is not interested in customer service. Might as well close his doors, no interest in the customer. I will NEVER set foot in this place again.
