I can understand why this company gets such low ratings. On three occasions I called their Kitchener location to inquire about product purchase. On three occasions they did not answer the phone. Your inquire is shuffled to voicemail where you are prompted to leave a message, phone number etc. On every occasion the messages have not been attended too. Either they have: 1) the most overworked floor staff, or 2) they simply don't care. With such a low rating, i would believe they don't care.

That’s two times in a row I have gone into the store and they have been nothing but rude. The first time my boss was with me. Should be easy now to convince him to switch to a different supplier for the company. I already refuse to by my personal supplies there. I hope the guy behind the counter is the owner because he will have nobody but himself to blame for the loss of business they must be experiencing. The reviews say it all. Lowest rating in the Tri cities.

Go somewhere else. I wish I could give them zero stars. The guy at the counter is rude and incompetent. How long this company is going to continue loosing business because their nasty attitude?

I purchased acetylene bottle from tsc, the valve was defective, the told me I would have to pay for another bottle, I brought it to praxair, and they exchanged it, with no problem... now that is excellent customer service, my car repairs went great... thanks for your help

First of all they sold me an empty cylinder, then closed early on me when I came to exchange it. I even called to verify someone would be there( I was 100km away). I was told they would be open till 1pm, Dec 31. I showed up at 12:25 and it was locked up!! I called, knocked, and even stayed around till 1pm. Several other customers also stopped by who were told the same thing. I wasted 3 hrs of my day and get to do it all over again Jan 2. That's almost a days work, wages, plus fuel and time....
