We have visited Ball's Falls a few times now; from a wedding, to a walk along the river, to the Christmas lights display. They offer a wedding venue up a the main building. Photos can be taken down by the falls and the ceremony can take place partially inside and outside. It was relatively spacious and the layout worked well for the wedding. Experiencing the falls on our own was a great adventure. We walked up to the further away falls first where you can walk out on top of the falls. It was a great outdoor walk where we were able to socially distance and stay safe while getting some much needed exercise. The falls down by the little village are really nice as well, but you can't get as close and the view is not as clear because you are on the side of the falls. The Christmas Lights Display (2020) was pretty nice. Lots of room for distancing and you could tell that they put in work to create a fun place for families. It was not too big, so a great tour during the cold winter months.

This place was absolutely beautiful! I saw a few of the reviews saying they didn't see the actual falls since it had dried up when they went. But I went on a morning in late fall, the morning right after a fairly large rainfall the night before. I saw both windfalls great and it was absolutely stunning! The hikes really aren't too long but it's so worth it to go to both falls. The parking situation is a bit confusing. You have to go inside and pay. It might look like it's closed, but it's open. You just have to go inside and pay. Highly highly recommend going!

Got there around 9am on a Saturday and it wasn’t too busy at all. Plenty of parking available. In the building you can purchase a token to use to exit and also they have maps you can take The trails were well marked. Cute little barns decorated with fall themed items. The falls was a little disappointing since there wasn’t an actual waterfall, it was dry. But the view was still good. Trails were super easy and not technical. Had a dog with us and had no trouble at all.

We were visiting Niagara Falls and decided to checkout Balls Falls conservation area. Due to Covid-19 the building were closed, but you could hike to the upper and lower falls. The trails were snow covered, but we'll groomed. It was very interesting to see the old historic buildings and read about some local history. Enjoy your visit.

Great views, amazing hiking areas. Had a great day at Balls Falls. Parking lot is very large and you must drive up, swing arm opens and pay inside, they give you a token to open gate in the way out. Was a very short walk to the falls top view and being first time there wasn't sure how others got to the bottom. Found a path that lead down but your going to get wet feet. The best time to see these falls is spring when the river water is running. The river was dried up when we visited and we were able to walk around in the river bed. But we still had a great time. Perfect for families and kids. We even seen families having picnics around the rivers edge.
