We wanted to write a quick thank you for your amazing services. The driver made sure we got to Disney On Ice, to dinner & back home safe, on time and in style. The kids thought the limo ride was the best part of the day, they enjoyed being able to move around, sing, dance, snack and just relax during our long ride to London and back. Thanks so much to have made our outing a greater one.
My granddaughter was in Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto having heart surgery. I called Jack to arrange a limo to bring her and her parents home without having an exact date or time to offer proper notice. Jack agreed to offer his services with very little notice to drive from Windsor to Toronto and Back. I can't thank Jack and his limo driver Frank enough for their willingness to do this with 10 minutes notice and during peak traffic time. You gave a very happy ending to a little girl and her parents after a very stressful two weeks. God Bless you both! Thank you!
Owner was great so I’m giving three stars. Driver was rude and unprofessional, asked for payment in front of my guests and started counting the bills right in the middle of the group. Then she started complaining about her tip, which was 25%. Maybe that is not the norm in limo land? Regardless, I would have appreciated her to be discreet, made us all very uncomfortable.
My friends and I booked a Limo back in October for a birthday and I found this company to be so unprofessional and dishonest. They don't disclose all the information to you aka if they say you're getting a deal it's only if you pay cash (which wasn't made known to me or I would have paid cash) and the price that I was charged didn't even make sense. The limo driver was rude and when given an extra tip (that she didn't even acknowledge) says we never gave her one. I would steer clear of this company.
