The manager at Liftow, Steve, was very professional and unbelievably accommodating. I was in a crunch with a container arriving early in the morning with heavy crates of slate and required a suitable forklift truck for our requirements as our unit was unserviceable. Our warehouse entry doors had limitations on the height but Steve searched his inventory for a proper unit for the job. This was 4:30 PM and we had our container arriving 8:30 AM next morning. Our forklift arrived at 8:20 AM with a quick offload from their very pleasant driver and before 10 AM our container was emptied and stored with ease. We have been in business for 35 years and I must say this business transaction was one of the most professional and pleasant I have had in many years. I look forward to my next requirement of their services and would highly recommend they be contacted for any of their products you may be considering.

If you need help with your fork lift, look no further. Tyler was superb!! Went above and beyond and I am very happy with Tyler and all he did for us! Fork lifts are working like a dream now!!!
Most people here are nice however, the repairs aren't completed correctly and they don't seem to have any parts in stock..Therefore the turnaround time on any repairs that need to go into the shop are very slow. I would not recommend their services to anyone, if you can avoid it do so.
we had PAUL from liftlow for the forklift service he did an amazing job and solved the problem that we have been facing with the forklift for months . Really happy with the service .
As a food company we rarely praise our equipment suppliers, but in the case of our large forklift purchase & walkies we are happy to praise how well Sean Mc Burney at Liftow serviced us with keeping our budget and needs a 1st priority. We were treated with respect and got the most amazing products delivered on time and even saved in the budget ! Thanks!
