Got two new hats made, each with a custom design that was also embroidered at Lids. The one on the right is a robot my 4 year old son drew, so the artwork/embroidery is actually really accurate. Was lucky enough to chat with a young guy named Justin. If you see him in the store, ask him about team logo trivia. All in all, just an awesome experience with: hat selection, embroidery, and especially the customer service. Will definitely return.
