Purchased a sports cap from here for a friend’s birthday gift. Was able to get it personalized and his name attached to the hat. Great selection of hats and very helpful staff and service. My friend was very pleased with the hat. Great job guys.

The guys at this store did a great job... I ended up getting helped by Quin because I wanted my hat embroidered... he knew his stuff and did a great job on my hat... I will definitely go back to see him for my next hat... so if you are looking for a hat go see them...
We had a phenomenal experience. The store was quite busy, but the staff were attentive and able to answer questions. Created a custom order within 20 minutes. Quin, the store manager was exceptional. In a community where one sometimes feels that customer service is dying, this was an amazing experience.
I always have to walk into Lids to see what's new. Whether I'm shopping or not... Its a must for me.
