There were lots of options. I went and got hats for fathers day which were decently affordable and you can get pretty much anything stitched into the hat of your choice which is pretty cool! They even have a book of autographes you can choose from if your into that sort of thing. I would give a higher rating but in my opinion its a little expensive though i dont know the value of the hats to begin with
Employee was very rude. I was ready to buy 3 hats but he was so rude I just said forget it and left
Place is mint and they guys work with ya on what ya want you just gotta be hush hush about it in front of family's!
If you love hats and poor customer service, this is your store! Ready to pay for your cool new hat? Awesome! Just wait for a cashier to quietly ignore you and then become visibly irritated when they do ring you up. And don't worry, the entire staff is horrible. So any day you plan on going will get you the same results.
Standard franchise, reasonably sized storefront. Decent variety and helpful staff, didn't have what I was looking for but I can't think of another store in town that is comparible in terms of volume.
Okay selection of hats. Absolutely unprofessional customer service. Response to owner. I asked for three different hats, none of which was available, no effort was made by the staff to help me out in finding them. At best what I got was a very lazy finger point towards the general direction of what I might be looking for. It seemed like my business was unwelcomed. I was the only customer at the store at that time. But no worries, I won't be visiting again.
