I would avoid using Bill Sivell's services. Very unprofessional. The following incident was also reported to BBB. __________________________________________ I reached out to Bill Sivell, owner of Liberty Business Brokers of Ontario, through BusinessForSale.com for more information regarding a concrete forming business for sale that he was representing. Bill Sivell was aware that the business was under contract for 2 weeks, which he did not disclose before signing the NDA. Immediately after signing the NDA and requesting certain financial documents to evaluate the business properly, Bill replied with the following "Please be advised this business is now under contract with a prospective buyer." I called Bill soon after I received his email to question his practices. He disclosed that the business was under contract for over 2 weeks. This is a blatant misrepresentation of facts. Edit and Update: 03/02/2021 The BBB has resolved the situation with Bill Sivell.
