Coming from a Red Seal Certified Chef from Toronto with over 20 years of proven credentials... I can guarantee you that this place is a waste of money and will not get you a respectable culinary career. If you want to be a chef... be a dish washer and prep cook.. work your way up and see what you're made of... this school will cost you a Rolex and get you a Timex. Ask me if you would like guidance! Im happy to help (without the 8K tuition fee lol) owners and chefs are all investors with no culinary background. I call BS on the institution. IMHO
