Great experience buying our RX350 at this dealership. The dealership impresses with its spotless facility, relaxed, non-pushy atmosphere and great staff. At other dealerships over the years I've always been frustrated by the salespeoples' lack of product knowledge, and found myself actually educating them about the car. That doesn't happen here. Adrian was very knowledgeable and you can tell he genuinely loves the vehicles he sells. Definitely a much better shopping experience than I've ever found before.

Luxurious Weekend Away We were lucky enough to win the Valentine's giveaway from Lexus of Royal Oak and Post Hotel Lake Louise. The experience was amazing. From the beginning Mili took care of us so well, ensuring that every little detail was taken care of. Having been in numerous dealerships there is something different about Lexus of Royal Oak. You are welcomed into a peaceful atmosphere and offered drinks from their coffee bar. Unlike other dealerships, it did not feel like you were being jumped by a sales person the moment you walked thru the doors. When we arrived on Friday we were set up with a new IS 300 AWD. The car is amazing, it has a smooth, quiet and comfortable ride with enough power to cruise through the mountains with no issues. While we were away the service staff took the time to detail our car. They did a phenomenal job, one of the key areas I look for after a detailing is what our boys car seats look like. They were spotless, to me that speaks volumes to the care that is taken (yes, I've had other details of the vehicle and they would not touch the kids seats). The care and attention to all the little details knowing they were not making any money from this goes to show the team at Lexus Royal Oak really care for those who enter their facility.

I met Kevin while looking for a new car at the Royal Oak Lexus Dealership. His bright, cheerful, no pressure demeanour was a breath of fresh air compared to the other sales people I met at other dealerships. I seriously considered buying from Royal Oak just because of the wonderful sales service by Kevin, the spa option while your car is being serviced, the specialty made coffee and the valet donor car service. I decided to buy elsewhere and settled on less luxury but more affordable for me at this time.

Absolutely pleased with their professionalism and quality of service. I have been there many times and it is always refreshing to see good customer service. They have an awesome waiting lounge with all kinds of coffees and lattes. Super clean premises and parking lot. Good job guys!
