Company is not geared to handle walk-in trade, but I called ahead and Kris was very accommodating. He provided me with a shipping charge credit so that I only paid on-line for the cartridges, and arranged for the product to be at my disposal for pick up the very next day. I have since used the ink in my Canon 8200 and found the C226 Premium Cartridges to be very well made and deliver great impressions. You certainly can't beat the price.
