Matt Brown is a consummate professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service. I found him to be honest and forthcoming...no games, BS or pressure tactics. Matt helped me assist my elderly parents with purchasing a vehicle...I was out of town so couldn't be there in person, and my parents were overwhelmed. Matt put them at ease from the beginning and truly listened/heard my and my parents concerns. He delivered on every commitment he made, and then went beyond. The experience was all the more appreciated after a very negative interaction with a competing dealership across town. We just purchased a Tiguan from Matt Brown and we had a great experience. He was super accommodating to our schedule and definitely didn’t pressure us on anything. We were able to take an extended test drive to decide if we liked the vehicle which was a really nice option. Matt worked hard to get us options that worked best for our family. We also dealt with Jim in financing who was fantastic. He was very straightforward with the numbers, inclusions, and warranty options. In the past, we’ve had some poor experiences at dealerships, but Lethbridge Volkswagen was amazing and we would recommend them to anyone. We are super happy with our purchase and that was such a positive experience!

They charged me 443 to reconnect 6 broken wires! I have never felt as ripped off as I do right now. Took the car in a because rodent chewed through the 6 thin wires to the air flow sensor. They estimated 2-3hours to get it done. It was over 6hours before they called and said it was ready. They charged 108 dollars in parts (for the 6 bits of wire they attached)! They didn't even replace the connector or the plastic wire guard (only wrapping it in electrical tape)! That gauge wire is 12 for an entire spool anywhere else. Then they added 288 for 2hours of shop time! Do their shop technicians really earn 144 an hour?! Then they added 27 a shop supplies fee (electrical tape?). Of course add Tax onto that.

One star is even too many to give this dealership. Long story short, they ruined my Audi. I took my Audi in to have a headlight bulb changed and rear brakes looked at. While doing so it was ***driven off the hoist and into a piece of machinery*** I get it, accidents happen and I would have accepted the incident if Lethbridge Volkswagen were decent about it. From the moment the accident occurred till today, management has been extremely difficult to work with, very dismissive and to a point verbally abusive while accepting no responsibility. They even charged me for the original bill, headlight and brakes, before they would return my vehicle. Management was beyond horrible to work with and now that I have possession of my vehicle they aren’t returning phone calls regarding the shoddy repair job they did. Shame Shame!
