I purchased my new home and was moved in with in 3 months!! I could not be any happier with my experience not just with M & K Homes but with my salesman Randall McPhee. He was very patient and answered any questions or concerns that i would have. And they follow up service is beyond my expectations. Any issues that I have had have been dealt with quickly and with out any problems. I am over the moon in love with my new home and the service that I have received in the past and I am sure the future, The men that come out to repair any issues, Craig and Brad, always go above and beyond to make sure that I am happy with everything. Would I recommend M &K mobile Homes, Randall and the service?? To every person I meet!
We are beyond happy with our new home. The house itself is amazing but the experiences we had with the sales staff, moving crew and finishing crew was awesome! Not a bad thing to say and would recommend them to anyone!
Such an Amazing experience!!! Fantastic people to deal with!!! Our sales person James, was awesome dealing with our bazillion questions. Our home is fantastic....we were sent the wrong cupboard handles originally (my wife's biggest issue) and they changed them straight away! They showed up when they said they're going to. We did have a few minor other issues in our new home, however, they came out and fixed them straight away and told us to keep a list big or small for after winter once everything settles. Warranty is great service is fantastic!!! We truly loved our experience in all aspects!!! More then 5 stars for sure!!!!
I am very glad to have chosen M&K Homes! I have had such a wonderful experience with this company! They have amazing service and strive to do the best they can for their customers, for me they have been fantastic. Craig and Brad have went above and beyond when they came to do any repairs, always friendly and helpful. They are very professional when it comes to their work, everything is done in a timely manner and with excellence! I have also had a great experience with Dave, always quick to make sure your home is up to your expectations and quick to make sure someone is sent out if there is something you need! Great company, quality homes and EXCELLENT customer service all the way around!
Just a quick update. We purchase our home from M&K in Lethbridge, just over a year ago. Many times you hear that once they have your money they are gone, not so with this great company. We have had some very minor items that needed some attention and the quality of work and care from Dave, Craig and Brad is as good or better than they day we moved in. If you are looking to purchase a manufactured home I encourage you to do your home work, the after sales service is so important, this team does not let you forget how important you are to them. If you purchase a home from M&K you are treated like family. Thank you so much Dave, Craig and Brad for looking after us and our home!
My husband Chris and I cannot thank the staff at M and K homes enough for their hard work and dedication. The entire process was smooth and stress free. We custom designed our new home with Randall in office, and then corresponded via email and phone. Randall was great with our 100000 questions. Dave and Russ along with the delivery crew were amazing. Hauling our new home all the way across the Alberta/ BC border from Lethbridge to the East Kootenays. Craig, Brad, Clayton and all the setup crew worked day and night to get our place put together. We began the process in November 2019 and moved in March 2020. Five months.... they took our dreams and turned them into reality. Our new forever home is more than we could have ever imagined and we would highly recommend M and K for all your new home needs.
We have nothing but good things to say about M & K Home Sales. Randall was patient and well prepared while helping us plan our custom home. Our home was ready ahead of schedule, even with the COVID-19 setbacks, and the work crew have gone above and beyond when tending to the repairs after the move.
