Went to purchase some popcorn tonight. Picked out two flavors, then asked what kind one of the others were and decided to change my mind. The girl working behind the counter obviously sighed while scooping out my new pick. Was very cold faced when handing me my bag. Not very friendly. Sorry I changed my mind...

Had an amazing experience last time I was here :). The man working there was very warm and welcoming .
The young girl who was serving me n my mom only listened to part of our order n then when her friend showed up behind us she had a conversation through us then walked away mid order leaving the other guy to try n figure out what we wanted. It was extremely rude customer service
Kernels is a funn little specialty popcorn store that is located inside Park Place Mall it had a lot of interesting flavors including some we'd never heard of before so we bought some kettle corn to try and it was pretty good
Best popcorn place with love of variety. I always love a good bag of creamy caramel corn.
Smells so good tastes even better.
Wow what a selection of flavors, I used to think that there was only a few flavors of popcorn,that was until I visited Kernels for some popcorn and I was surprised at the amount of flavors that are on offer. Nice staff but i personally think it's over priced.
