We absolutely love being an artisan at LHM! We have vended at both of the summer 2020 COVID edition markets and were very impressed with the COVID regulations in place! We felt very safe as both a vendor and for customers attending ! Well done! We can’t wait to participate in more events. As Spirits of the Creek my wife & I have done this market as vendors for several years now & have found that the staff & management of the market are absolutely phenomenal. They have always been very professional & even now in spite of the Covid 19 difficulties are still providing a fabulous shopping experience. Our customers have commented many times how pleased they are that all the vendors provide handmade items with no commercial resale items anywhere in the market. This is one of the very few market/shows that emphasizes 100% Canadian handmade!

I have attended every Lethbridge Handmade Market over the past 3 years and each one has been a fantastic experience for me. As a vendor, I totally appreciate Jessy’s organizational skills, her attention to details, the smooth running of the event, her ability to generate enthusiasm and flow of buyers through give-aways and on line coverage, and her dedication to supporting Handmade Artisans. Lethbridge Handmade Market has become popular event that the City of Lethbridge must be very proud of. The markets are themed and invite participation of all who attend. In the centre of the enormous Main Pavilion at Exhibition Park there’s an area of fun activities. A themed photo booth and a fantastic Kid’s Zone, run by a qualified elementary teacher, which provides a variety of interesting, creative activities for the children, who really feel welcome! There’s a stage in the central area, with Live music provided by various talented local musicians and vocalists. Lethbridge Handmade always feels like a celebration, a “happening” and a party! As a vendor, I have many repeat customers who attend every market and there’s always a steady flow of appreciative buyers all day long, If you haven’t been to this market and love Handmade, you really should attend. There’s something for everyone. You will find highly creative artisans from Western Canada with wonderful talents to share. You will also find delicious food as well! If you are an artisan, check out the Website and sign up for the next market... there are 6 markets a year from February to December. Jessy Gust is a successful, local entrepreneur who has an understanding of markets and what is required to make it work!
