I was travelling with class 3 motorhome flat towing a car. I managed to destroy a safety cable on the tow system. I called the shop to explain my situation. I dropped by with damaged cable and the owner was able to have a set shipped to his shop in a couple days. Due to the fact I have a different motorhome, the towing system was too low to the ground causing the cable to snag and drag on the ground destroying it. I explained the situation and Chris made adjustments to make it more suitable for flat towing. What a gentleman. Thank you sir Duane Doerr
