I was beyond impressed by Dan Callaghan and Jaime!! I was looking for a replacement vehicle for my mother who wrote off her vehicle when she hit a deer on the highway. We live in Edmonton and quickly found out that we weren’t going to find the car we wanted locally. We had to expand our search to the whole province. I somehow ended up connected with Dan when I started inquiring about a particular vehicle. He was awesome I didn’t feel any pressure and he answered every question that I had. I always find the dealership experience to be tense and stressful so I was really apprehensive about having to go through it again. I think they might’ve cured me of my anxiety about the dealership experience. It was just so easy and everybody was so nice. Jaime took care of our paperwork and helped us find an extended warranty that fit our needs. It was 10 hours of driving to go and purchase this car in Lethbridge but I can honestly say that we’re really grateful that it was definitely worth it. I wish this dealership was in Edmonton because I would love to be able to go there for the service. Thank you guys for turning a bad accident into a really positive experience.

I did not purchase my Mazda here, but I did have it serviced for a recall here. Excellent service, everything was explained to me as to what they were doing, it was quick and efficient and they even cleaned the outside of my car for me. While I waited, I was approached by the front desk associate and a sales associate. Neither were pushy, both were friendly and informative. I even got free key chains! Thanks Mazda; I'm so happy to be in the Mazda family

Promised a 150 credit as a check in the mail as part of our deal, been 3 months haven’t gotten it! No respect for dishonesty. Seriously. Edit: General manager called me, promised to make good on the 150. Much appreciated. Made me feel more valued as a customer, especially since this is the first time I’ve purchased a car through a dealership. 4-stars only because I feel as though there should have been a follow up before any review was posted (hopefully my review can be viewed as constructive rather than antagonizing, which is not the intent).
