I just tried to shop at your store in Lethbridge and was turned away at the door. The time was 9:59 am and as I walked to the store I could see the representative opening the door. HE was quite slow, it took him three moves to get the door open and by then I was at the door and preceded to enter. At that moment your representative stepped in front of me and told me that I had entered through the exit. He wouldn't move ( I was the only person around within 100 ft). I said "interesting" and started to walk forward. At this time he said "we are not open yet". By this time it was after 10:00 am. I turned and left and said "I will never shop here again". Why would you turn away your first customer at 10:00 am and why would you open the exit first?

I always have a pleasant experience when I shop here. The staff is knowledgeable, but don't get in the way if you just want to browse.
Never have I seen so many different types of puzzles in such a small space! I loved the variety of dice as well - probably 20 different types to choose from, all for 50 cents/ea. Yes the prices are higher than other places you might find board games - however the experience is worth it. Check out the 50,000 puzzle piece artwork on the walls while you're there!
Pretty sad customer service. No helpful hand asking what you need, and not a word said when at the till except the price I needed to pay. Very large selection of puzzles and games and I'm sure it depends on the store clerk, regardless fairly dissatisfied.
Fantastic service ! We on-line ordered two puzzles around 2pm the other day and they were curb side delivered by 5pm - SAME DAY ! Thanks to their team for all of the support during these crazy days. Sooo thankful they are able to stay open for everyone because this is the second go round we did this with them! And I can see us doing it again soon. SHOP LOCAL !!!

Lots of games. Lots of puzzles. But you almost need to be rich to shop here. I enjoy a puzzle, but not enough to give my first born for it.
