Typically great to see pets, and get a feel for what dogs would fit your family. Would have really appreciated some feedback on how we could improve when our application was rejected. Hard to console the kids on losing the puppy they had their hearts set on when we don't know what we did wrong.

We unfortunately had to surrender our dog. The team at the humane society made this process very straightforward and comfortable. They must be dog whisperers as Fluffy took to the environment very well. Thanks you so very much
