The gentle man behind the counter wasn't super helpful when it came to coolants. But have always had a great experience here. Highly recommended, they always called me back for parts ordered. Sometimes twice.

Great customer service. I am a repeat customer... project vehicle and they really do their best to help source the parts you need. It's kind of like being a part of a family of people who love to fix stuff on their own. I would highly recommend them.

All around great place, I get most of my parts here & appreciate the free engine light policy. However I dont appreciate having to wait till all other customers are helped before having my engine light checked.. I would suggest helping people as their turn arrives no matter what service or part they are requesting..

One day at A time

I live 1 1/2 hrs out of Lethbridge. Phone calls are necessary for me. 4x I called over 2 days I was left on hold each time. First 2 times I waited for 15 mins and hung up. Next 2 was 10 mins and also had to hang up. On the farm time is money. I finally got through on the third day and spoke to a polite young girl who was obviously working the till and was obviously being instructed by parts counter staff on questions to ask me. She didn't have a clue what I was talking about and I don't expect her to. I took my business elsewhere. I've had good customer service in the past, but have experienced a definite decline over the past year. It's a good store with good product availability, but customer service needs to improve.
