Rodney was great to deal with and went out of his way to help us find the right camper. The business manager wasn't push and trying to sell us extras we didn't want. Overall a great experience and we would highly recommend talking to Rodney specifically.
An amazing experience. Dave perfectly looked after a warranty issue on my truck camper. Everything was handled smoothly. What makes this really impressive is Leisure Days was not the selling dealer. My actual dealer never even answered my messages about a burnt out motor. I went to Dave, he immediatly checked out the problem, tested everything then arranged for the parts. Lesson learned, don't just price shop, service shop!
Completely different experience since the last time I was there 3 or 4 years ago. I’ve heard they’ve got new management, and an almost entirely new staff. This is probably for the best. The staff this visit were pleasant, knowledgeable, and were able to answer all of my questions while making me feel at home in their place of business. This is where I will definitely buy my next trailer!
I just wanted to say that the service here is exemplary!! Rhonda in the Service department went above and beyond our expectations trying to find someone to fix the windshield in our motorhome! She eventually found someone in New Glasgow who would do it for us. Jo at Speedy Auto Glass in New Glasgow was fantastic he and his crew did a great job and we drove back to the valley with no wind noise or leaks!! Definitely recommend Leisure Days to anyone looking.for service or to buy a trailer. Thank you so much Rhonda!!!
