My husband and I stopped into the Moncton location. We had our fifth wheel in tow and we in need of a shear pin for our front Jack as ours broke. Now we have broken equipment and are heading to a remote camping place. My husband spoke to the Parts Manager who was mean as he described her. We were told no. Can't help you. Literally this is an rv dealership with campers galore. She never even offered any kind of solution just no. Very sad to see. We will be sure to tell everyone in our camping community about the poor service we received. It will be shared. Thanks for nothing.
