I visited this place introduced by my friend. The staff guy ignored us and discriminated against others who came for counseling. We had no reason for such discrimination, and there is no justifiable reason fordiscrimination. No matter what good stuff they sell there, we have no intention of buying it where that person works. It may be a problem of some employees. However, I hope that they should be taken basic education for consumers.
Excellent Service Rami, the sales person, really showed true genuine interest. He took time and had patience addressing my needs. Quick and prompt service, whether it was phone calls emails etc. I will most definitely be using Legends from now on. Highly recommended. Fair and reasonable prices. Job Well Done!!!!
Good products but mediocre customer service to say the least. You better know your way with pavers because they won’t take the time or effort to understand your needs, just sell you the pavers as fast as possible and get on with next customer.
Called Legends Landscape Supply in the morning to find out when to expect my delivery. Pat informed me that it will be delivered early afternoon. By noon, Russ called to informed me that he is on his way to deliver my stones. By 12 15 pm he was at my drive way. Entire process was very convenient.
