Would give 10 stars if I could! Love this grocery delivery service not just for the convenience, but for the quality of the food as well. It's always fresh, and has tons of incredible options to support our local food industry. It seems every week there are more and more amazing products. I also appreciate they use paper for produce instead of plastic. Happy customer!

I truly have enjoyed my experience with Legends Haul! I love so many of the amazing products they carry, and look forward to trying even more! I have also enjoyed supporting the local restaurants through Legends Haul- especially at this time. They have a great system for delivering your groceries right to your door. You get given a delivery window and even a 30min heads up on top of that! I HIGHLY recommend giving Legends Haul a try!

I really enjoy the products and good selection BUT some of the customer service has been unsatisfactory at times. Previously had missing items and was not notified, if I didn’t notice I would not have been refunded for the item missing. Was told it was an out of stock item, so would have appreciated a heads up and auto refund. Today received rotten cucumber and in order to get the refund for 3.99 I needed to send a photo in. I understand if a big ticket item but seriously an inconvenience for less than 4 bucks. This is the first refund I have requested as usually good quality products. Customer service response both times was less than ideal.

Bringing restaurants to your doorstep? Great coffee at a reasonable price? Everything I need from my weekly grocery shop? I'll never have to leave home again to get my favourite meals. Where else can I get Dickie's Dumplings and Juke chicken??? Really can't find a better deal on a good coffee either, have to recommend the Legends coffee.

I discovered Legends Haul at the beginning of the pandemic. I usually order frozen seafood and I've not had any issues. I did recently order ruby grapefruits and I ended up throwing them away. I emailed customer service and they offered to replace them, I received it today and I still ended up having to throw quite a few away... I appreciate the offer to resend me the items but the expected quality is not there especially for this being a replacement. I don't know if it's supplier issue or if the produces are not being checked prior to packaging, because it's very obviously these grapefruits have gone bad and should not be sold. They have told me it may be an isolated issue, so maybe it's just my luck! I'll continue to support the company but I'll be staying away from fruits and produce. I have found that they're not always on time with the delivery ETA, however, it's understandable considering how many orders they have, especially during the holidays. I've received refunds for missing or damaged products in the past, so customer service have been good. Appreciate the work!
