I had given up hope my wedding set would ever look good. But I decided to give it one last try. My wedding set was redone/fixed and Im completely amazed at how good of a job they did. Im so thrilled to wear my wedding set now. Flawless work. You wont be disappointed at all. I wont take my repairs anywhere else. My husbands wedding band was resized and you can’t even tell. After 25 years my Wedding band had become quite thin and worn. The team at Legacy was fantastic from the moment I walked in, very welcoming, great service. Sue managed to take my wedding band and Anniversary ring and rebuild them and tighten up the diamonds. My rings look brand new again. Thank you!!!
We called up Legacy and spoke with Brittany about having a new diamond ring and band set sized and soldered together. Their goldsmith Sue was pretty much booked solid but Brittany recommended coming in right at 10am when they open and to bring the set with us so we could talk to Sue directly and maybe she could fit us in. We got there right at 10am and Sue was amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable! She was so pleasant to deal with as was Brittany. In the end she did the job that same day along with rhodium dipping my wife's wedding ring. We picked the rings up at 4:30pm the same day and everything was perfect, the rings looked beautiful. All this for a very fair price and done the same day, we couldn't have asked for better service or workmanship! We will definitely recommend Legacy and continue to use them.
Omar and all other associates were extremely pleasant to deal with. My partner needed a ring appraised and did not want to part with the ring at any time; Omar proceeded to recommend somewhere we could go and have the appraisal completed in person. We ended up leaving the ring with Omar and he expedited the delivery and appraisal of the ring so my partner did not have to worry any longer than required. Above and beyond customer service.

Legacy Jewelers provided me with wonderful customer service. My Grandmother's 70 yr old wedding ring has recently been passed on to me and I brought it in to have a repair done on the shank. They did a great job on the repair and made sure that I was educated on some work that will have to be done soon. They even did a really deep clean on it and the ring looks amazing. Thank you for taking care of this gift from my precious Grandmother!
Great service, really fast delivery on my engraved item. Friendly people at the counter and very good pricing. Will not go anywhere else for engraving. Also they are a small local business which is a bonus!
